Alma Foster

Mrs. Alma Dean Foster, 84, of Saint Charles. MO., formerly of Neelyville, MO., passed away Friday, January 8, 2016 at SSM Health Saint Mary’s Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. Mrs. Foster was born in Pollard, AR., on June 12, 1931. She retired from McQuay-Norris Mfg. in Saint Louis, MO., where she made automobile engine piston rings and she was also a homemaker. She was Church of Christ in faith.

She is survived by two daughters Judith Ann King of Saint Charles, MO., Karen Janette Foster of Rocky Mount, MO.; one son Delbert Steven Foster of Eureka, MO.; two sisters Betty Davis Livonia, MI., Ruth Hanner of Harviell, MO.; five grandchildren Brian, Brittany, David, Kyle and Casey; two great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert Foster on January 31, 1993; her parents Walter Cleveland and Minnie Myrtle (Bass) Alexander; a grandson Bradley Alexander King; six brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the services at Bond Cemetery in Knobel, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
