Arlene Lane

Arlene Lane, 60, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Advanced Care Hospital of White County in Searcy, AR. Ms. Lane was born November 19, 1962 in Walnut Ridge, AR. She worked at Subway in Corning. Arlene enjoyed going to ballgames and was a huge Bobcat fan. She loved going to the river, camping, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter Kim Lane of Corning, AR.; brother Bryan Lane of Corning, AR.; sisters Cindy Spence, Barbara Lane, Donna Lane, Brenda Stormes Jamie Dowdy all of Corning, AR., and Angie Lane of Wappapello, MO.; grandchildren Sara and Shane Patrick; great-grandchildren Bentley Leonard, Hazel Bass and Landon Miller; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Wesley and Shirley (Barksdale) Lane.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 PM until 8:00PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home with Reverend Larry Dobbins officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery.
