Arthur Thomas

Mr. Arthur “Buck” Doyle Thomas, 81, of Fisk, MO., passed away Friday, March 25, 2016 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Thomas was born in Corning, AR., on November 14, 1934. He was retired from Caviler Ford in Saint Louis, MO., where he was an auto body repair man. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. He enjoyed flying model air planes and being a pilot. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by two daughters Ruth Dunavant of Fisk, MO., Brenda and husband Bob Moore of Poplar Bluff, MO.; one brother Ron Thomas of Saint Louis, MO.; four grandchildren Christy Dunavant, Dale Dunavant, Kyndal Moore, Will Moore; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Dottra and Nora (Brown) Thomas; one brother Donnie Thomas and one sister Juanita Dunn.

Graveside funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Corning Cemetery in Corning, AR.
