Barry Lunsford

Mr. Barry Lunsford, 61, of Corning, AR., passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. Mr. Lunsford was born in Corning, AR., on December 19, 1959. He was a farmer with Lunsford Bros. Farms alongside his father, brother and sons. He was currently working at ARDOT. His life was solely dedicated to taking care of his children, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed riding horses, collecting knives, guns, and saddles. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Loretta Lunsford of Corning, AR.; his children Jimmie (Tonya) Lunsford of Corning, AR., Ross (Ashley) Lunsford of Ash Flat, AR., Leslie (Chris Scrogin) Lunsford of Poplar Bluff, MO.; parents Charles and Barbara (Woods) Lunsford of Ash Flat, AR.; brother Tarry (Tracey) Lunsford of Hickoria, AR.; grandchildren Logan, Makenna, Mac, Bret, Julian, Presley, Jude, Jhett, and Phoenix; and niece Amanda Lunsford-Gough.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, January 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Jamey Bland and Jerrod Hancock officiating. Burial will follow the service at New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, AR. Visitation will be held Friday, January 1, 2020 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
