Benny Hancock

Mr. Benny Hancock, 56, of Peach Orchard, AR., passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at home. Benny was born October 21, 1965 in Paragould, AR. He was a retired farmer who enjoyed hunting. He was a Razorback fan and loved barbecuing with his family and friends. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include his mother and step-father Ruth and Louis Ahrent of Corning, Ar.; brother Harold (Susan) Hancock of Knobel, AR.; step-children Stacey Avery and Zachary Hewlett; grandchildren Kaden and Austin Avery; nephew Jacob (Chanaya) Hancock; nieces Julie (Terry) Snapp and Amy Geswein; great nephew Titon Snapp; great niece Hattie Geswein; and caretakers Lucy Eddy and Eric Ahrent.

He was preceded in death by his father Martin Hancock.

Pallbearers are Eric Ahrent, Kenny Pitcher, HC Herring, Bob Nutter, Gary Huckabay, Stanley Rouse. Honorary Pallbearers are Jim and John Mangrum.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 28, 2021 at 12:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with Kent McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow the services at Hosea Cemetery, in Knobel, AR.
