Betty L. Clark

Mrs. Betty L. Clark, 76, of Corning, AR passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Five Rivers Medical Center in Pocahontas, AR., Mrs. Clark was born in Corning, she was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church in Corning.
She married her husband of 56 years, Thad Clark on June 8, 1954. He survives.
Other survivors include one son Drew Clark of Bowling Green, KY.; five daughters Pam Leach of Corning, AR., Mona Benson of Fayetteville, AR., Marcia Cooper of Granite City, IL., Gayla Thomas of Belleville, IL., Mia Tate of Batesville, AR.; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by parents Ross and Audie (Poyner) Boshears; three brothers Raymond, Glen and Bill Boshears; three sisters Gertrude Howerton, Modean O'Bryant and Helen Bland.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 14, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David Richey officiating. Public visitation will be held Monday, February 14, 2011 from 12:00 PM until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AGAPE Mission, 501 SW 2nd St., Corning, AR 72422 or Arkansas Baptist Children’s Homes, PO Box 552, Little Rock, AR 72203.
