Bill Walls

Mr. Bill R. Walls of Biloxi, MS., departed this earth on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Merit Health Hospital in Biloxi, MS., at the age of 82. Bill was born on December 26, 1936 in Corning, AR., to Chester Ray "Chet" and Iva Louise (Daughtry) Walls. He graduated from Corning High School in 1955. Bill served in the United States Air Force  from 1956-1959. He was a Civil Servant Engineer at Keesler Air Force Base from 1960-1997.

On August 20, 1956, he married Doris Byes, his wife of 63 years. She survives, other survivors include his son, Billy Walls of Biloxi, MS.; daughter Diana Walls of Biloxi, MS.; grandson Billy Walls III of Biloxi, MS.; brother Bob Walls of Cabot, AR.; and sister Charolette Bilyeu of Auroa, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Shirley Kirby.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ron Walls officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
