Bitha Cavitt

Bitha Cavitt, 76, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, AR. Ms. Cavitt was born January 29, 1948 in Maynard, AR. Because of her special needs, Bitha was lovingly cared for by her siblings and the excellent staffs at the previous Corning Nursing Home and, for the last several years, Corning Therapy and Living Center.

Survivors include 2 sister -n laws Ruth Cavitt and DeWanda Cavitt several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Elsie (Perrin) Cavitt; brothers Thurman, Speck and Leon Cavitt; and sisters Faye Yates, Yvette Sample, Marie Sollis and Shirley Holt.

Visitation will be at Ermert Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM. Graveside service will be at Hitt Cemetery in Success, AR.,  at 1:00 PM with Reverend Bart Baker officiating.
