Mr. Bonny Francis Lamb, 79, of Doniphan, MO., passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011 at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Lamb was born in Newark, AR. He was a heavy equipment operator, a member of International Engineers Union Local 150. He attended New Hope Church in Doniphan, MO. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army, 1st Division Infantry during the Korean War.

He is survived by four sons Ronnie Lamb of Rockford, IL., Mike Lamb of Rockford, IL., Darrell Lamb of Rockford, IL., Bryan Lamb of Poplar Bluff, MO.; three brothers Ray Lamb of Caulfied, MO., Hank Lamb of Imboden, AR., Jimmy Lamd of Rockford, IL.; three sisters Ruth Ann Shelton of Rockford, IL., Mary Van Hopkins of Maynard, AR., Katherine Hillhouse of Cornng, AR.; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents John Oliver and Eunice (James) Lamb; two sons John William Lamb, Terry Lee Lamb; three brothers J.L. "Shorty" Lamb, Earl "Red" Lamb, Willard "Buck" Lamb; two sisters Eula Bee Stewart and Peggy Graft.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 13, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Henry Pasquet officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery. Public vistation will be held Monday, June 13, 2011 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
