Mr. Carl “Kenny” Kenneth Fraine, 65, of Knobel, AR., passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at home. Mr. Fraine was born in Poplar Bluff, MO., on July 30, 1953. He was a crop duster pilot and proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during Vietnam.
He is survived by his children William, Chandice, Josh, Ginger, and Charlie; his mother Virginia “Micki” Fraine; brothers Loie Donald Fraine, Jr., Randy Fraine, Steve Fraine and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Loie Donald Fraine.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
