Carl Willfond

Carl Willfond, 63, of Corning, AR.,  passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at home in Corning. Mr. Willfond was born February 4, 1961 in Walnut Ridge, AR. He was retired from Riceland Foods and enjoyed hunting with his Rooster, playing cards and fishing.

Survivors include his daughter Nadine Hughes of Black Rock, AR.; siblings Teresa Lawrence, Marvin, Bo, Daniel and Robert Willfond; grandchildren Layne “Rooster” Hughes, Destiny and Bethany Yancey, Dylan (Keely) Hughes and Noah Hughes; great grandchildren Paisliegh Hughes; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Mike Willfond; parents Edgar and Lillie (Cooper) Willfond; and siblings Louise Hudson and Jerry Willfond.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Private interment at a later date.
