Cecil Crawford

Cecil Crawford, 88, of Corning, AR., passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at home.

Mr. Crawford was born May 21, 1934 in Knobel. He was retired. Cecil had worked at Success Grain and in farming and lumber for many years. He was a US Army veteran.

Survivors include his sons David Crawford of Corning and Richard Crawford of Carroll, IL; grandchildren Jacklynn, Elizabeth, David, Robert, Christina, and Caoline; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and extended family Otha and Bernice, Beck and Scott, and Kara and Gage Arnold.

He was preceded in death by parents Shelby and Helen (Tisdell) Crawford; Grandmother Hattie McPike that raised him; son Christopher Jeffery Crawford; grandchildren Tina Garrett and Melissa Crawford; sister Katherine Baker Stone; and daughter Bonnie Miller.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 26, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow the services at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel, AR.
