Christine "Dolly" Coonce

Mrs. Christine Louise Marie "Dolly" Coonce, 93, of Corning, AR., passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Hospice of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach, FL. Mrs. Coonce was born in Corning, AR., on January 25, 1919. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed being with her family, attending church, flower gardening and quilting. She was a member of Saint Matthew Lutheran Church in Corning.
She married her husband Sindney Coonce on November 27, 1940 in Corning. He preceded her in death on May 22, 1998.
She is survived by three sons Sidney Coonce of Cincinnati, OH., Carl Coonce of Hortenville, WI., Mark Coonce of Little Rock, AR.; one daughter Carolyn Coonce of Poplar Bluff, MO.; one brother Fred Allmandinger of Corning, AR.; two sisters Anna Mayberry of Piggott, AR., Dorothy Barton of Corning, AR.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was prceded in death by her husband; and her parents Chris and Maude (Hemmerlein) Allmandinger.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Febraury 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM in Saint Matthew Lutheran Church in Corning with Reverend Jon Bischoff officiating. Burial will follow the service in Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home.
