Mr. Clinton Eugene Stormes, 58, of Kennett, MO., passed away Monday, November 28, 2011 at Saint Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Mr. Stormes was born February 2, 1953 in Walnut Ridge, AR. He was a farmer and of the Church of the Nazarene faith.
He is survived by his mother Lena Stormes of Black Rock, AR.; four children Franklin Stormes of Oak Grove, AR., Scottie Stormes of Oak Grove, AR., Lisa Smith of Paragould, AR., Billy Stormes of Paragould, AR.; three brothers Clyde Stormes of Fort Smith, AR., Randall Stormes of Oak Grove, AR., Rick Stormes of Oak Grove, AR.; three sisters Lena Sue Golliver of Paragould, AR., Pat Sander of Black Rock, AR., Wanda Cook of Walnut Ridge, AR.; 13 grandchildren; special friend Tammy Wreather of Kennett, MO.; and step son Kyle Wreather of Kennett, MO.
He was preceded in death by his father Raymond Stormes.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Friday, December 2, 2011 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
