Clinton " Tiny " Hancock

Mr. Clinton R. “Tiny” Hancock, 65, of Knobel, AR., passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Saint Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Tiny was born in Poplar Bluff, MO., on June 16, 1951. He was retired from Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. He enjoyed duck hunting, playing cards and visiting with family and friends. He had recently accepted the Lord and was of the Christian faith.

He married his wife Mary Frances (Schmidt) Hancock on January 9, 1993, she survives. Other survivors include three daughter Joella and husband Jim Wolpers of Poplar Bluff, MO., Jamie Whitehead of Jonesboro, AR., Jennifer and husband Kevin Wooldridge of Jonesboro, AR.; brother Clyde Hancock of Knobel, AR.; seven grandchildren Lucy Wolpers, Joe Weston, Allie Hall, Darby Hall, Trevor, Todd and Trey Wooldridge. Niece Angie and husband Chris Pezzee; nephew Curt Hancock and wife Jackie; and several other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bill A. and Betty A. (Cox) Hancock.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend’s Kent McDaniel and Gary Halcomb officiating. Burial will follow the services at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

In Lieu of flowers contributions should be made to the Knobel Cemetery Association or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
