Mr. Danny Collins, 66, of Belgrade, MO. passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Collins proudly served his country during the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He attended the Ironton, MO. Pentecostal Church, and he loved to fish and hunt every chance he could.
He is survived by one son Barry Collins of Boston, MA.; two sisters Sandra Craig of Belgrade, MO., Darlene Mayfield of Caledonia, MO.; two brothers Ronald Collins of Belgrade, MO., and Norman and wife Mary Collins of Abington, MA. and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Eva (Harley) Collins; and two brothers Arley and James Collins.
Funeral services will be conducted graveside Friday, April 2, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Bond Cemetery in Knobel, AR. with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Public visitation will be Friday, April 2, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel.
