Mr. Dennis Lee Franks, 60, of Knobel, AR., passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016. Mr. Franks was in Tunica, MS., on April 13, 1956. He was a farmer who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was of the General Baptist faith.
He is survived by three children including Matt Franks of Thayer, MO.; one sister Brenda and husband William Harvey of Culpepper, VA.; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents James Boyd and Juanita Lee (Spradin) Franks; one brother Cefus Franks; three sisters Dorothy Stacy, Betty Palmer and Doris Palmer.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Phillip Keeling officiating. Burial will follow the service at Brownie Cemetery in Peach Orchard, AR. Visitation will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family c/o Ermert Funeral Home, PO Box 65, Corning, AR 72422.
