Duane Boyd

Mr. Darl Duane Boyd, 60, of Corning, Ar., passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 at home. Mr. Boyd was born in Rockford, IL., on June 25, 1959. He was a craftsman who enjoyed music, songwriting, playing guitar, Native American crafts, fishing and telling stories.

On May 25, 2002 he married Cathy Ilene (Butler) Boyd. She survives, other survivors include his two children Shawnee Boyd of Atlanta, GA., Dakota Boyd of Corning, AR.; siblings Julie and husband John Chandler of Bald Knob, AR., Gunel and husband Bruce Storey of Pocahontas, AR., Vicki and husband Dean Corcoran of Belleview, NE., Lisa and husband James Knight of Kensett, AR., Anita and husband James Mosher of Corning, AR., Goldie and husband Doug Garrett of Poplar Bluff, MO., Kathy and husband Jim Peterson of Datto, AR., Kenneth Brown of Reyno, AR., Mark Brown and wife Jackie of Marmaduke, AR., and Myles Brown and wife Diane of Corning, AR.

He was preceded in death by his father Darl Boyd; mother and step-father Ethel Louise (Cash) and Johnny Hancock; and brother Jimmy Boyd.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
