Mrs. Earlene Lillian Barger, 97, of Corning, AR., passed away Thursday September 22, 2011 at home. Mrs. Barger was born in Peach Orchard, AR., on February 9, 1914. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Corning.
She was married to her husband Lloyd Thelbert Barger on October 14, 1934. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1989.
She is survived by one brother Harold Maple of Corning, AR.; several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Barger; parents Amos Lorenso and Mary Helen (Schimming) Maple.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 26, 2011 at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Rapert officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Monday, September 26, 2011 from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
