Eddie Booth

Mr. Edward Michael Booth, 65, of Knobel, AR., passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Booth was born in Saint Louis, MO., on March 11, 1955. He worked at a sawmill and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.

Survivors include his brothers Timothy Sweaney of Corning, AR., Jimmy Sweaney of Piggott, AR.; sister Tina Knepper of Saint Louis, MO.; step-brothers Lee Sweaney of Paragould, AR., Bill Sweaney of Knobel, AR.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Virgil Raymond “Red” Booth and Earlene Virginia (Forehand) Booth Sweaney; brothers Steve Booth, Dale Booth, Gary Booth, Donnie Sweaney and Dean Sweaney.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel, AR Visitation will be held at Ermert Funeral Home Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 12:00 PM until leaving for the cemetery.
