Elberta Biltoft

Mrs. Elberta Biltoft, 90, of West Plains, MO., formerly of Corning passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO. Mrs. Biltoft was born in Knobel, AR., on March 24, 1930. She retired from being an L.P.N. after 39 years of service. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gospel music and going to Branson, MO. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and stayed active in church. She attended Curry Church of Christ in West Plains, MO.

She is survived by her children Carla Neff of West Plains, MO., Steven Rowe of California; sister Rosalee Wonger of Coolidge, AZ.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Rowe; children Nancy Gregory and Johnnie Rowe; parents John Eli and Bessie (Fernimen) Gleghorn; brothers Donald, John and Danny Gleghorn; sisters Carmen Wood and Dorothy Hunt.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
