Mrs. Estelle Orene Ladd, 73, of Corning, AR., passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, AR. Mrs. Ladd was born in Peach Orchard, AR., on March 12, 1941. She was a Nursing Home Social Worker. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, crafting, reading and fishing, She was of the Baptist Faith.
She married her husband of 47 years Lee Wayne Ladd on January 18, 1958. He preceded her in death on February 7, 2005.
She is survived by one son Roy Ladd of Corning, AR.; one daughter Debbie Bowman of Clifton Park, NY.; five brothers John Wilson of Paragould, AR., Mike Wilson of Coloma, MI., Park Wilson of Coloma, MI., Harold Sisco of Corning, AR., Buck Foster of Corning, AR.; one sister Marlene Fudge of Red Bud, IL.; four grandchildren Tammy Christman, Sara Harris, Kristina Harris, Michael Ladd; three great-grandchildren Destiny Seagraves, Kameron Goldman, Ryan Riley; two aunts Wendy Manis and Bulah High.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Walter and Beatrice Estelle (Tarwater) Wilson.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 27, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Richwoods Cemetery near Corning with Reverend Kent Modlin officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, Febraury 27, 2015 from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel.
