Mrs. Fay Masterson passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Earlene Howard Circle Of Life Hospice Home in Springdale, AR.
She was born in Manila, AR., on February 17, 1926, the daughter of Ed and Maggie (Hancock) Roberson. She was 90 years old and would have celebrated her 91st birthday next month. She enjoyed league bowling in her younger years, crocheting,cooking, and spending time with her family. She was a long time Member of Palatka Church of Christ and later the Corning Church of Christ.
She is survived by daughters Pat Weston of Lowell AR., Nancy and husband Butch Davidson of Springdale AR.; step-daughter Judy and husband Rich Blandino of Saint Peters, MO. She also leaves behind ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years Charles "Bink" Cochran and her husband of 40 years Chloe Masterson; one son James Cochran; one brother Gene Roberson; two sisters Mary Davis and Bea Moore and her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Cline officiating. Burial will follow the service in Black Cemetery near Success, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
