Faye Hancock

Mrs. Bessie Faye Hancock, 81, of Rector, AR., passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Saint Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Hancock was born in Dupo, IL., on March 19, 1931. She was a retired assembly worker from Basler Electric Company. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

She married her husband Ross Hancock on September 7, 1968. He survives. Other survivors are two sons Johnny Ray Lucas of Pocahontas, AR., Billy Lucas of Paragould, AR.; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Roxie (Nelson) Gould; one daughter Marsha Faye Lucas in 1978; three brothers Gene Gould, Delmar Gould, Weldon Gould; two sisters Fredia Rapert and Agness Rideout.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bill Meadors officiating. Burial will follow the services in Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
