Fred Scott

Fred Raymond Scott, 55, of Corning, AR., passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at Saint Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Fred was born November 29, 1966 in Detroit, MI. He was always joking and enjoyed spending time outdoors arrowhead hunting and being at the lake or river. He loved being with his family and friends, especially his son Hayden and daughter, Sayuri. He was a dog lover.

Survivors include his children Sayuri Scott of Paragould, AR., Hayden Scott of Corning, AR., Darian Zastrow of Wisconsin, and his beloved dog, Olly; brother Henry (Cyndie) Scott of Union City, TN.; sisters Carrie (Bubba) Ragsdell of Paragould, AR., and Lynn (Terry) Masterson of Corning, AR.; nephews and nieces Jennifer (Kyle) Franks, Stephanie (Kevin) VanBrocklin, Dylan (David) Bateman-Shieler, Bailey (Gunnar) Latham, Scott (Erica) Masterson, and Bently (Sadie)  Masterson; great-nephews and nieces Preslie, Mason, Emilee, Kevin, ShaLynn, Rhylie, Blake, Kelci, Kyler, and Kenzi; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son Rylen Scott; parents Henry “Scottie” and Rose Mary (Ryan) Scott; and brother Monty Allen Scott.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel.
