Freida Lewallen

Mrs Freida Oneida (Sauls) Lewallen, 85, of Corning, AR., passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014 at her daughter's home in Caraway, AR., with her family. Mrs. Lewallen was born in Black Rock, AR., on July 14, 1929. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She married her husband of 56 years Wallace B. Lewallen on September 3, 1947, he preceded her in death on August 19, 2004.

She is survived by two children Suzanne Daniels of Caraway, AR., Wallace Gaylon Lewallen of Caraway, AR.; one brother J.E. Sauls of Walnut Ridge, AR.; one sister Edna Bookout of Anderson, IN.; four grandchildren Marcus Price and wife Heather of Corning, AR., T. Daniels and wife Becky of Lake City, AR., Lacey and husband Austin Cotter of Greenbrier, AR., Channing Claude of Corning, AR.; eleven great-grandchildren Dalton Price, Chandler Daniels, Cayci Daniels, Colton Ladyman, Erica Masterson, Collin Eaton, Cole Williams, Miley Cotter, Chacey Claude, Bailey Fisher, Hanna Fisher; three great-great-grandchildren Baylor Eaton, Kelci Masterson and Kyler Masterson.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Ed and Ollie (Brightwell) Sauls; and one son Kelly Lewallen.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Earl Ladyman officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
