Gene Lamborn

Gene Lamborn, 46, of Corning passed away July 29, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Mr. Lamborn was born February 25, 1973 in Pocahontas. He was a carpenter most of his life and had worked for the City of Corning. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and motorcycles.

On April 12, 1998, he married Shela Farmer. She survives.

Other survivors include his step-sons Joshua Hatley of Poplar Bluff and Jason Hatley of Corning; mother Phyllis Prince of Corning; brother Andy (Angie) Lamborn of Maryland; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and all his friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Gordon Eugene Lamborn, Sr.

Visitation will be Thursday August 1, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will be at Corning Cemetery.
