Gordon "Dobey" Kellett

Gordon “Dobey” Kellett, 86, of Sugar Tree, TN., passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at Regency Retirement Village, in Jackson, TN. Mr. Kellett was born on August 11, 1938 in Corning, AR. He was retired from the United States Navy. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He is survived by his daughters Vicki R. Cline of Arlington, TN., and M. Denise (Tony) Irish of Lexington, TN.; grandchildren Jerry (Stacey) Cline, Melissa (Jeremy) English, Tarenee and Marina Irish; seven great-grandchildren; and several other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by Dorothy Faye Kellett Sitch; his parents Theodore and Delpha (Stanley) Kellett; brothers Gene, Leroy, Jack and Jimmy Kellett; and sister Maxine Kellett.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Earl Ladyman officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery with Military Honors.
