Heath Conyers, 56, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was born on September 13, 1969, and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and craftsmanship.
Heath enjoyed a fulfilling career in construction, where his skills and expertise were well-respected. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University, which contributed to his successful approach in the construction field. His work was marked by a commitment to excellence and the ability to bring projects to life with diligence and care.
In his personal life, Heath was known for his diverse interests and hobbies. He had a deep passion for collecting baseball cards, a love for welding and woodworking, and found joy in playing golf. He cherished the moments spent at the river, where he could connect with nature and unwind.
Heath is survived by his son, Chandler Conyers of Nashville, Tennessee; his father, Garry "Pistol" Conyers of Corning, Arkansas; his brother, Bentley Hovis of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his sister, Gayla, along with her husband David Secrest of Reyno, Arkansas. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
Heath was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Conyers, as well as his grandparents, David and Mary Conyers, and Walter "Red" and Bertha Brooks.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on December 3, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ermert Funeral Home Inc, located at 1000 W Elm St, Corning, Arkansas. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow these services in the Corning Cemetery
