Hubert Allen

Mr. Hubert Darrell Allen, 81, of Reyno, AR., passed away Monday, March 11, 2013 at home. Mr. Allen was born in Corning, AR., on July 25, 1931. He was a retired small engine repairman. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean War. He attended the Moark Baptist Church.

He married his wife Nora Celesta (Johnson) Allen on February 9, 1954. She survives. Other survivors include one son Darrell Allen and wife Felisa of Puyallup, WA.; one grandson Stephan Darrell Allen and wife Jill of Salt Lake City, UT.; great-granddaughter Makayla Elizibeth Allen; two sister Janetta and husband Franklin Moore of Bolivar, MO., Sharon and husband Stanley Goodman of Granite City, IL.; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Gladys (Shelton) Allen.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Roger Hovis and Bill Snow officiating. Burial will follow the services in Richwoods Cemetery in Corning. Visitation will be held Friday, March 15, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
