Ida Ellen (Clayton) Hewett, age 83, of Peach Orchard, Arkansas, peacefully passed away on April 23, 2026. Born on October 21, 1942, Ida lived a life filled with love, dedication, and faith. She married her beloved husband, Don Joe, on August 12, 1962, sharing many cherished years together.

Ida was a devoted wife and mother, deeply committed to her family and guided by her strong Christian faith and patriotic spirit. She had a passion for gardening, antiques, and interior decorating, talents she shared with many. As a successful businesswoman, she owned and operated Ida’s Antiques and Accents in Corning for many years, leaving a lasting impact on her community.

Ida joins in heaven her loving husband Don, her parents Henrietta Martin and RJ Clayton, grandparents Jess and Ethel Clayton, sister Chris Stewart, brother Van Clayton, and beloved uncle RL Baer.

She is lovingly remembered and survived by her daughter Ellen (Jody) Crable and her husband Phil, along with numerous devoted family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Ida’s life was a testament to love, faith, and kindness, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
