Mrs. Inis Mary Helms, 92, of Saint Ann, MO., passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Saint Charles, MO. Mrs. helms was born in Corning, AR., on January 26, 1924. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and family.
She married her husband of 48 years Mr. James “Jay” Helms on March 12, 1955. He preceded her in death on October 20, 2003.
She is survived by daughter Audrey and husband Tim Hoog of Saint Ann, MO.; two sons Larry Russell and wife Susan of Paragould, AR., John Russell and wife Pam of Manchester, MO.; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents Fred and Sally May (Rains) Russell and one brother Howard Russell.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Josh Raspberry officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
