Jack Ingram

July 3, 1925 — November 12, 2017

Mr. Charles “Jack” Randel Ingram, 92, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Corning Therapy and Living Center. Mr. Ingram was born in Biggers, AR., on July 3, 1925. He was a farmer, he also worked at the shoe factory for twenty years. He enjoyed traveling with his wife. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during World War II. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Corning.

He married his wife of 27 years Mrs. Syble (Fowler) Ingram on November 16, 1990. She survives, other survivors include three sons Bobby Ingram of Corning, AR., Billy Ingram of Little Rock, AR., James “Jim” Ingram of Houston, AR.; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; three stepchildren Danny Walker of Port Orchard, WA., David Walker of Albuquerque, NM, Tonya McClafferty of Marana, AZ.; numerous step-grands, great-grands and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Virginia Lee (Winningham) Ingram; his parents Rufe and Jesse Alma (Hatley) Ingram; brother Ray Ingram; two sisters Geneva Stamm, Verneal Chesney and one grandaughter Sarah.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Josh Raspberry and Jim McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow the services at Richwoods Cemetery in Corning. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2017 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hopewell Baptist Church.
