Mrs. Jacquelyn "Jackie" Derby, 50 of Knobel, AR., passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at home. Mrs. Derby was a former Home Health Aide, she ejoyed collecting Arrowheads, riding bicycles and spending time with her children and grandchildren, she attended the Church of the Living God in Clover Bend, AR.
She was married to LeRoy Derby, he survives. Other survivors include two daughters Kristy and husband Adam Besson of Greers Ferry, AR., Cassie and husband Shawn Williams of Jonesboro, AR.; her mother Verna Lucille (Arnold) Archer of Knobel, AR.; one brother Michael Archer of Paragould, AR.; five sisters Lula Taylor of Pocahontas, AR., Karen Arnold of Corning, AR., Connie Stormes, Kathy Smith, Lavadna Farmer all of Knobel, AR.; three grandchildren Cain, Chandler and Emily Besson.
She was preceeded in death by her father Everett Archer; her first husband Kenny Ricker; one brother Billy Archer; two sisters Tywanua Hyde and Cecelia Merideth.
Funeral services will be conducted graveside Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Hosea Cemetery in Knobel, AR., with Shawn Williams officiating. Public visitation will be Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel.
