Jaden Amaya Farmer

Jaden Amaya Farmer, 15, of Corning entered the gates of Heaven on October 7, 2021.

Jaden was born March 13, 2006 in Flowood, MS. She attended Corning High School. Her passion was music and she loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved fishing, making people laugh and she always had a smile on her face and kind words for everyone she met. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.

Survivors include her parents Tricia Farmer and Steven Peterson of Corning; sisters Emma Fitzgerald, Paci Kanaday, and Karrigan Branum; brother Rycen Peterson; grandparents Angie Craft and Vance Fitzgerald of Corning, James and Kathy Peterson of Datto; great grandmother Patricia Kirby of Corning; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Vicki Fitzgerald, great grandfather Glen Kirby and uncle Brian Fitzgerald.

A memorial fund has been established at First National Bank in Corning in memory of Jaden. Donations can be made at any location in her memory.

Visitation will be held Monday October 11, 2021 at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday October 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Ermert Funeral Home with Pastor Herbert Ellis officiating. Burial will be at Corning Cemetery.
