James Price, Jr.

Mr. James Price, Jr. 89, of Corning, AR., passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020 at home. Mr. Price was born in Clay County, AR., on November 15, 1930. Mr. Price owned Price’s Lawnmower Shop in Corning. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

He married Geraldine (Hicks) Price on April 9, 1949. She preceded him in death on November 3, 2011.

He is survived by his children Jerry Price and wife Delois of Naylor, MO., Bob Price and wife Shelia of Corning, AR., Rick Price and wife Tammy of Corning, AR., Wanda Sue Mullins of Rockford, IL., Peggy and husband Bill Reed of Corning, AR., Nancy and husband William Willcut of Naylor, MO.; brother Donald Ray Price of Mount Pleasant, SC.; sisters Roberta Forbes of Corning, AR.; Ruby Williams of Knobel, AR.; Donna Reed of Poplar Bluff, MO.; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his parents James London and Sadie Ester (Stormes) Price; sister Glenda Lucille Price; brothers George Price, David Price and Raymond Price.

A private family graveside service will be conducted Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Richwoods Cemetery in Corning, AR., under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home.
