Mr. James Lee March, 64, of Reyno, AR., passed away December 22, 2013 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. March was born in Reyno, AR., on February 26, 1949. He was a retired truck driver, owner/operator. He was an avid hunter, he loved spending time with his family and friends fishing and camping. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was of the Baptist faith.
He married his wife Bettie (Elder) March on June 8, 1989, she survives. Other survivors include one son Brian March of Jonesboro, AR.; one daughter Bridget and husband Jay McKimmey of Lafe, AR.; one step-son Dean Reynolds and wife Beverly of Imboden, AR.; two step-daughters Carrie and husband Chad Browning of Corning, AR., Sherry Carter of Corning, AR.; two brothers Kenneth March and wife Marci of Reyno, AR., Rettis March and wife Tammy of Moark, AR.; three sisters Loretta and husband Tom Kenny of Tenn., Sharon Todd of Tenn., Patsy and husband Jask Easter of East Prairie, MO.; nine grandchildren Tabatha, Clayton, Brandon, Kurt, Ryan, Devin, Axell, Maci, Sophie; two great-grandchildren Kati, Tyler: special little friend Dylan; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arville and Eva (Hagar) March; one brother Ernest March and grandchild Laci.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Roger Hovis officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Nelson Cemetery near Reyno, AR., with Military Honors. Visitation will be held Friday, December 27, 2013 from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
