Janet Maddux

Mrs. Janet Louise Maddux, 58, of Williamsville, MO., passed away Monday, March 31, 2014 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mrs. Maddux was born in Poplar Bluff, MO., on February 8, 1956. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crafts, beadwork, fishing, off roading and animals.

She married her husband Gaylon W. Maddux on May 15, 1975, he survives. Other survivors include three children Garlon Maddux of Baton Rouge, LA., Carla Hashmi of Rotterdam, Netherlands, Angel Devoy of Detroit, MI.; three brothers Elvis Freeman of Mercer, MO., Junior Freeman of Stringtown, MO., Tim Freeman of Stringtown, MO.; three sisters Pat Rayfield of Marble Hill, MO., Rosie Cochran of Poplar Bluff, MO., B.J. Koonce of Poplar Bluff, MO. and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother June (Senthern) Freeman; brother Tom Freeman and sister Robin Freeman.

Funeral services will be conducred Friday, April 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tim Junior Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Maddux Cemetery near Boydsville, AR. Visitation will be held Friday, April 4, 2014 from 12:00 PM until the time of services.
