Mrs. Janice Faye Miller, 63, of Corning, AR., passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR., surrounded by her family. Mrs. Miller was born in Corning, AR., on February 25, 1957. She worked for Corning School District while wearing many hats including teacher’s aide and bus driver. Most recently, she was the food service director for the district. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, traveling, cooking and taking care of the kids. She was a member of the local Lion’s Club and Success First Baptist Church.
On April 8, 1977, she married Terry Miller. They recently celebrated their 43 rd wedding anniversary. In addition to her husband Terry, other survivors include her daughters Amanda and husband Nicholas Sutfin of Pocahontas, AR., Jennifer and husband Stanley Benson of Piggott, AR.; her dad Milburn Teasley of Corning, AR; her mother-in-law Imogene Miller of Corning, AR.; her sister Beth and husband Les McCollum of Batesville, AR.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mom Sylvia (Burk) Teasley; daughter Jessica Miller; and father-in-law Gordon Miller.
A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Nelson Cemetery in Reyno, AR., with Reverends Logan McCourtney and Wayne Baldwin officiating.
