Jimmy Dale Chitty, age 65, of Tuckerman, Arkansas, peacefully passed away at home on January 9, 2026.
Born on July 2, 1960, in Corning, Arkansas, Jimmy Dale was a retired welder known for his diverse skills and a passion for creativity, he was a true "Jack of all Trades". He was a professional wrestler, and through-out his life embraced a true love for professional wrestling. He delighted in watching wrestling matches, Marvel and Star Wars films, as well as following NASCAR, the NFL, and MLB.
In his leisure time, Jimmy enjoyed traveling, fishing, camping, and assembling model cars. His service in the United States Army demonstrated his commitment and dedication, and he upheld his faith as a member of the Baptist community.
Jimmy is survived by his loving children: Jimmy Dale Chitty, Jr., Charraka Chitty both of Tuckerman, Arkansas, Tasha Phillips of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas, Dakota and Jacob Armstrong, both of Tuckerman, Arkansas. His brothers, Reggie Mansker and Jordan Watson of Newport, Arkansas, and his sisters, Ellen Babb of Cash, Arkansas, and Lula Fay Edwards of Pocahontas, Arkansas. Additionally, he leaves behind his grandchildren, Jayden and Kaylynn Chitty and Brody Davidson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Love (Bush) Chitty, and a brother-in-law, Roy Moore.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning, followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Jim Whaley, Jr. officiating. Jimmy Dale will be laid to rest at Hitt Cemetery in Success, Arkansas following the services.
In celebrating the life of Jimmy Dale Chitty, we remember a man who touched the lives of many. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
