Mrs. Jo Ann Crosley Hart, 89, of Ellijay, GA., formerly of Corning, AR., passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Gilmer Nursing Home in Ellijay, GA. Mrs. Hart was born in Winslow, IN., on February 26, 1923. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ellijay, and a retired care giver with many years of employment at the Corning Nursing Home.
She is survived by two sons Larry E. Crosley and wife Barbara of Piedmont, MO., Richard Crosley and wife Carol of Blue Ridge, GA.; five grandchildren Diane Crosley Elkin, Stacey Crosley McAlister, Annie R. Crosley Walenda, Vanessa Crosley Slayton, Pamela Crosley McGarity; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Earl Henry Crosley; her second husband Roy Hart; parents Leo Willard and Jo Dell (Davis) Grigsby.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 12, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jimmy McMasters officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be held Monday, March 12, 2012 from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
Pallbearers are Bryan McGarity, Jerry Slayton, Zack Elkin, Tanner Slayton, Trenton Elkin, Andy Walenda, and Joey McAlister.
