Jo Vannada

Jo VanNada, 64, of Corning, AR., passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR., surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. VanNada was born in Pocahontas, AR., on June 24, 1954. She was the owner of Parkview Restaurant in Corning and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children Bart White and wife Tina of Corning, AR., Amy and husband Danny Jordan of Success, AR.; two brothers James McDowell and wife Carol of Pocahontas, AR., Ray McDowell and wife Ann of Corning, AR.; one sister Tootsie Speer of Dyer, TN. four grandchildren Madison White, Mallory White, Erik Jordan and Ethan Jordan.

She was preceded in death by her son Erik White; parents Edgar Raymond and Eva Lee (Rodgers) McDowell; two brothers Wayne McDowell, Larry McDowell; two sisters Omagene Hubbard and Joyce Tweedy.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Jeb Daniels officiating. Burial will be at Black Cemetery, in Success, AR. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
