Mrs. Joanne Fultner, 69, of Success, AR., passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, AR. Mrs. Fultner was born in Blytheville, AR., on August 7, 1944. She was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing and talking on the phone with family and friends. She was a member of the Success Baptist Church in Success, AR.
She married her husband Harold Lavell Fultner on August 7, 1976. He survives. Other survivors are four children Stanley Hovis and wife Leann of Corning, AR., Shelia and husband Frank Wheeler of Success, AR., Angelia Espinoza of Success, AR., Tonda Moore of Success, AR.; three brothers Mel Powers, Kenny Powers, Danny Powers and wife Laura; three sisters Margie Waterhouse, Sharon Powers, Becky and husband Randy Cameron; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Fred Thomas and Geneva Louise (Henderson) Powers; a son Damion Woods and a daughter Lisa Hovis.
Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 4:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bob Powers officiating. Burial will follow the services at Hitt Cemetery in Success. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
