Jody Bartlett

Jody Bartlett, 88, of Centerton, AR., passed away August 5, 2023 at Apple Creek Health and Rehabilitation in Centerton, AR. Mrs. Bartlett was born March 29, 1935 in Herrin, IL. She was a retired C.N.A. who enjoyed knitting. She was an amazing cook. Jody loved reading, especially her Bible. She was deep in her faith in the Lord and attended Church of Christ.

Survivors include her daughter Kari (Mike) Foster of Batesville; AR.; sisters Jane Young Johnson of Flint, MI., and Janet Young Dowdy of Savannah, GA.; grandchildren Daniel (Cara) Havens, Ashley Havens and Elizabeth Bartlett; great-grandchildren Riley, William, Joseph and Danny J.; many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband John J. Bartlett, Sr.; son Johnny Bartlett, Jr.; parents Robert McNeal and Stella (Ward) McNeal Young; brother Robert “Bob” McNeal, Jr.; sister Sharon Moreland; and great-grandchild Jordan Leighann Sutton.

A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Corning Cemetery.
