Joe Daughhetee

Mr. Joe Wayne Daughhetee, 65, of Maynard, AR., passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at home. Mr. Daughhetee was born in Walnut Ridge, AR., on July 13, 1951. He was a farmer and a rancher. He enjoyed duck hunting, coon hunting, fishing, and clock making. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

He married his wife of 43 years Linda Kay (Brickley) Daughhetee on January 13, 1973. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters Cheryl and husband David Johnson of Pocahontas, AR., Jennifer and husband Sam High of Biggers, AR.; one brother John Daughhetee and wife Cloyis of Walnut Ridge, AR.; four grandchildren Savannah, Dakota, Stacey, and Rayce; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Grady and Mary Jo (Henson) Daughhetee; two brothers Gaylin Daughhetee, Jim Daughhetee and infant grandson Shawn David.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Hardwick officiating. Burial will follow the service at Pirtle Cemetery in Peach Orchard, AR. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 12:00 PM until the time of services.
