Joel Holland

Joel Holland, 68, of Poplar Bluff, MO., formerly of Corning, AR., passed away Friday, November 1, 2024 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. Mr. Holland was born August 20, 1956. He was retired. Joel enjoyed spending time with his family and watching Cardinals baseball. He was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include his children Jordan Holland of Poplar Bluff, MO., Rachel Grissom of Paragould, AR., Julie Britt of Saint Louis, MO., and Kenneth Holland of Corning, AR.; brother Lonnie Holland of Rose Bud, MO.; sister Lisa Mullins of Saint Charles, MO.; several grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Sheila Mae (Dunn) Holland; daughter Jessica Holland; step son Jonas VanPool; and parents Billy Joe and Billie Sue Holland.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow the services at Richwoods Cemetery, Corning.
