Katherine Crawford

Mrs. Katherine Stirlene Crawford, 81, of Corning, AR., passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mrs. Crawford was born in Moark, AR., on May 29, 1937. She was retired from Saint Louis Public schools where she worked as a secretary. She enjoyed spending time with her family and attending church. She was a member of First Apostolic Church in Corning.

Survivors include three sons Roger Crawford and wife Brenda of Phoenix, AZ., Major Jeffery Crawford of Phoenix, AZ., James Crawford and wife Roberta of Saint Louis, MO.; six grandchildren Britt, Katrina, Jessica, Jene, Jia, Jake; six great-grandchildren Cameron, Rainna, Kent, Willow, Kaiden, Jackson; sister-in-law Dorlis McKinney of Fort Myers, FL.; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Tom Crawford and Keith Bicklein; parents Stirl Arlie and Alma (White) McKinney; brothers Bill McKinney, Stirl “Shon” McKinney and sister Anita Edwards.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Roberta Crawford officiating. Burial will follow the services in Corning Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
