In Loving Memory of Keith Wade Hoag
Keith Wade Hoag, 58, of Saint Peters, Missouri, passed away on February 4, 2026. He was born on August 27, 1967, in Corning, Arkansas to the late Albert and Shirley (Roberts) Hoag.
Keith made his living as a tower climber, a profession that perfectly matched his fearless spirit and strong work ethic. He often joked that he was “the fastest tower climber back in the day,” a claim delivered with a smile and backed by years of hard, dedicated work. Throughout his career, he formed long-lasting friendships with many who respected not only his skill but also his loyalty and character.
Keith enjoyed spending time at the river and was known as someone who would give to anyone in need without hesitation. His generous heart, steadfast friendships, and willingness to lend a helping hand defined the way he lived his life.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Divinity Smith of the home; his sister, Judy (Darren) Miller of Corning, Arkansas; and his brother, Alan (Gladys) Hoag of Success, Arkansas. He also leaves behind five cherished nieces: Gala (Edwards) Blanchard, Jennifer (Edwards) Smith, Christy Edwards, Amanda (Hoag) Liau, and Stacy Hoag. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Ollie Roberts and other loved ones who welcomed him home.
A memorial dinner celebrating Keith’s life will be held at Corning First Freewill Baptist Church on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend.
Keith will be remembered for his strength, his humor, and his enduring friendships. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
