Mr. Kenneth Loggins, 89, of Brockwell, AR., passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, AR. Mr. Loggins was born in Harrisburg, AR., on September 4, 1929. He worked for Riceland Foods and Corning School District in Corning, AR. He loved spending time with his family, yard work, gardening and hunting with his sons. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean war. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Violet Hill, AR.
He married his wife of 47 years Mrs. Goldie Mae Payne on June 25, 1971. She survives, other survivors include his children Mike Loggins of Trumann, AR., Phillip Loggins and wife Vicki of Jonesboro, AR., Tina Blagg of Trumann, AR., Jeff Loggins of Jonesboro, AR., DuWayne Ray and wife Sherry of Corning, AR., Greg Ray and wife Jennifer of Corning, AR.; daughter-in-law Linda Loggins of Jonesboro, AR.; two brothers Curry Loggins of Huntington, TN., Leroy Loggins of Alicia, AR.; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his children Jerry and Sheila; parents H.V. and Mary (Noae) Loggins; grandson Todd Short; six brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Bailey and Bro. Mike Morgan officiating. Burial will follow the services at Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal, AR. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Proudly serving as pallbearers will be Noel Duncan, Michael Ward, Blayne Ray, Cody Ray, Matt Ray and Aaron Ermert.
