Mr. Larry Randel Halcomb, 53, of Knobel, AR., passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. Mr. Halcomb was born in Jonesboro, AR., on March 28, 1960. He was a mechanic who enjoyed trading, fishing, and four wheeler riding.
He is survived by one daughter Mary Tate of Paragould, AR.; brothers and sisters Judy and husband Bill Forbes of Knobel, AR., Jim Halcomb and wife Bambi of Knobel, AR., Glen Halcomb and wife Joyce of Decatur, AR., Rickey Halcomb and wife Amy of Corning, AR., Cathy and husband George Green of Corning, AR., Charlotte and husband Chad Wheat of Lafe, AR., Cathy and husband Max Moore of Jonesboro, AR.; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents W.D. “Dub” and Virginia Marline (Collins) Halcomb; one nephew Benjamin Halcomb and niece Ashley Green.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gary Holcomb officiating. Burial will follow at Hosea Cemetery in Knobel, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
